We offer a full range of irrigation design and consulting services. Please contact us if you have questions or need more information.
We provide full documentation from schematic design to construction document levels. This includes detailed plans, construction details and custom specifications. We design systems for many applications including residential, commercial, parks, athletic fields, roadways and green roofs.
We coordinate the irrigation system connections with the other members of the design team to ensure everything is in place when construction of the irrigation system begins.
We utilize our comprehensive knowledge of landscape water requirements and irrigation system design to properly calculate the most efficient water storage structure size for each project. This results in the most cost effective structure size that will provide the maximum amount of water for the irrigation system.
We can provide complete construction documents including in-depth plans, construction details and specifications. Alternatively, we can coordinate the irrigation storage requirements with other members of the design team to ensure the rainwater harvesting system is properly integrated into the site.
This includes complete pump system design services for wells, ponds/lakes, rainwater harvesting systems and potable water pressure boosting systems.
We can design filtration systems for all types of water qualities. This includes filtration of organic matter, suspended solids and pathogens.
We can provide the necessary documentation including completed templates, calculations and narratives to apply for the Water Efficiency Credit 1 in the USGBC's LEED programs. We can also document Credit Interpretation Rulings and Credit appeals. We also have a LEED AP on staff.
Construction administration services we provide include irrigation bid evaluation, contractor product submittal review, requests for information (RFI) and addendums. Site visits during construction and punch listing are included in our construction observation services.
Our audit of an existing irrigation system includes an overview of the system in use to identify minor issues with the system such as broken or misadjusted sprinklers and leaks, as well as scientific testing to determine the system's application uniformity and rate. The data provided from the audit will allow the system operator to run the system more efficiently.
An existing system evaluation is a thorough observation of the system in use to identify any deficiencies in all aspects of the system including the water supply, piping, valves, sprinklers, drip irrigation and control system. Our evaluation is followed by a detailed report outlining all of the issues found and possible solutions.
Master planning services include the design of irrigation system water supplies, control systems and infrastructure to accommodate large, multi-phased developments.
